The AIGNEP Aluminum Heavy Duty Fuel Valve is the perfect fuel valve for any 2-stroke or 4-stroke bicycle engine gas tank. Italian made with a tapered NPTF male end and and NPTF female valve, you’ll be able to thread this fuel valve in to your gas tank with ease.
The construction of this valve is impecible. NPTF (National Pipe Thread Fuel) valves like these are made for dryseal connections in nearly every type of service, especially fuel connections. That means you’ll get the perfect seal between your fuel valve and fuel tank without plumbers tape or sealents. Coupled with its aluminum construction, you’ll be getting a tight seal without rust or leaking like other fuel valves out there.
Installing this fuel valve is the exact same as you would with your stock fuel valve: just thread the fuel valve in to the valve port on your gas tank, install your fuel line over the brass barb, turn the lever to turn on your fuel, and you’re ready to ride!
Note: Depending on your gas tank, you may not be able to thread all threads of the fuel valve in to your gas tank- this is normal. Because of the fit on these fuel valves, you will have a 100% seal despite threads being exposed.
